What about Vegeta and Bulma? How did they end up together? Nobody really knows the how. (Except maybe Akira T.) We just know what Future Trunks mentions to Goku and the few encounters we get to see in the series. So their relationship is open to interpretation.
At first they struck me as a weird couple. I seriously didn't expect them to get together at all. And when Trunks popped up from out of nowhere. WHOO! It blew me away. But the more I stopped to think about it, the more I thought they were perfect for each other. They have quite a few things in common. They both have very hot tempers. Man, can those two argue. They have strong wills. They're conceited, proud, and have determination. (Vegeta in getting stronger/Bulma in fixing things).
One of the things I noticed about their relationship was the change in Vegeta. He started out as one of the villains wanting to take over the universe. Well, he started with wanting the Dragonballs to wish for immortality and then to take over the universe. Anyways, he went from bad to good. Sort of...even though his goals for taking over the universe and wanting immortality changed, he was still not quite one of the good guys.
Ah! The adored and famous couple: Vegeta & Bulma. Don't they just look adorable together? Anyhow, this page is dedicated completely to those two lovebirds. They're my inspiration for making this site. I thought of doing a website exclusively for them, but I tend to favor Vegeta over Bulma any day, (Sorry B-fans) ;) and I'm lazy.
As the story goes, Goku defeated Frieza. Vegeta was accidentally wished back to life and then to Earth. Because of Frieza's destruction, Vegeta was left without any place to go. So Bulma invites Vegeta to stay at her colossal of a mansion that she calls her home (Capsule Corps). During this time Bulma was dating Yamcha. But they brake up, obviously. Future Trunks explains to Goku that Yamcha was unfaithful or something like that. I think they changed it a little in the FUNimation version. But before Future Trunks showed up, Vegeta had taken off into outer space in search of Goku, who had disappeared after defeating Frieza.Before Vegeta returned from his trip, Bulma is showed in a scene where she is informed that Vegeta?s ship would soon be running out of fuel.She seemed worried at this bit of fact.During a conversation with the Z gang, Bulma mentions a dream she had about Vegeta.She even mentions something about Vegeta being a good kisser, which drives Yamcha completely nuts.
Plus, there was the whole Gravity room incident where Vegeta practically killed himself training. The gravity was so intense and he was so wored out. He accidentally blew the gravity room. Well, it wasn't really the gravity room. It was actually the spaceship he used to fly away to train which had the gravity machine in it. Any who, the accident left Vegeta all roughed up. Bulma stayed at his bedside while he recovered. Though, that didn't stop him from training. It actually motivated him to continue his training even though he wasn't fully healed.
After Trunks was born, Vegeta didn't seem to show much affection towards Bulma or Trunks. In fact, he was down right an ass at first. (a very cute ass but I won't get into that now). ; ) It wasn't until the Buu Saga that we see some serious emotions flying. A very honorable deed in Vegeta's part was the sacrifice he made in an attempt to stop Buu. He hugged his son for the first time and even says goodbye specifically to Bulma. When Bulma discovers of Vegeta's death, boy did she balled up a storm of tears!
So, they do care for each other. It's hard to see it with Vegeta, since he's such a hard ass in showing his emotions aside from his pride and anger. Bulma on the other hand, she has no trouble at all in that department.
