"VEGGIE QUOTES"

This is from Episode 103: Frieza's Counterattack.  It's the Pink Shirt/Shower Scene.  I just think it's soo hilarious seeing Vegeta freak out over a pink shirt.  Plus it shows one of the first times Vegeta and Bulma interact with each other, something you don't see very often. Vegeta: "Hello!" Bulma: "Huh." V: "Servant woman, bring me a drying cloth at once!" B: "Humph" V: "Woman, can you hear me?!" B: "I hear you but my name is Bulma not your servant.  So say, Please!  Humph." V: (Groans) "Forget about the stupid drying cloth then." B: "Suit yourself.  Drip dry, you jerk." V: "What in the...is this some kind of joke?" B: "Is what a joke?" V: "These garmets that you left...are they for a man or a woman.  They're PINK!!" ;) B: (laughs) "Come on.  It's the style here." V: "Men in pink.  How bizarre." Bulma winks at the group and they all begin to laugh. V: "This is ridiculous.  I'm a warrior not a...a variety of flower." B: "Well, you smell good." They all start laughing again. Episode 71: The End of Vegeta.  The episode where Vegeta dies for the first time is probably one of the saddest episodes that I've seen.  I cried like a baby the first time I saw it.  I know FUNimation changed completely what he said from the original version but it's still a sentimental moment, for me, anyway. V: "Ka...Ka...Kakarott. Listen. Don't be so soft. There's no stinking honor in any of this. It's just a game, play to win. There are no rules...you're going to have to get over your soft-heartedness. Do it! Forget about your feelings. You have to. They'll get you killed...They'll get you killed, Kakarott." Goku: "I can't, I can't change who I am. Not on the battlefield. My feelings are my guide. Besides, everybody deserves a chance to change their ways just like you had." V: "Fool, you don't know what you're dealing with..." G: "Save your strength, Vegeta." V: "No! There's more.  He killed our home planet. It was him..." Frieza: "He's just a corpse and he's still blabbing.  I'll have to gag him to shut him up." V: "...your father and mine, the whole planet, he blew it up. It's true. No one survived but us. Ask him if you want. He'll tell you. He's proud of it." G: "Please, stop talking, Vegeta. It's sapping all your strength." V: "NO. Listen, you have to hear this. We worked so hard for him. We did everything he asked of us and more. He took me away from my father when I was just a little boy. He made me do whatever he wanted and said he would kill my father if I didn't. I did everything he asked but he killed him anyway along with everyone else. He was scared of us, scared that a Super Saiyan would be born some day and rise up to overthrow him." F: "A touching story." G: "Please no more. Save your strength." V: "Kakarott, please destroy Frieza. He made me what I am. Don't let him do it...to anyone else. Whatever it takes...stop him, please..."

Words tend to give characters a personality of their own whether they're fictional or not.  Depending on the way they react to things or what they say, it gives the character life.  One of the reasons I like Vegeta the most is because of the way he acts.  He's a cross between good and evil making him very different from all the other characters.  Below are some of my favorite scenes.  As you already know, if you want to send a favorite quote.  Just e-mail.  Again it's yashy34j@yahoo.com.  Have fun.

Episode 72: Trump Card Vegeta: "Kakarott, listen to me.  Is that all the power you have?  Where's your Saiyan pride?" Goku: "But...but I never was a Saiyan." V: "What are you talking about?  You can't deny your heritage!" G: "Vegeta, right now it doesn't matter what I am.  Forget about it!" (Suddenly, Goku has a flashback of a dead Vegeta) V: "You must listen to me!  We both know you have Saiyan blood running through your veins.  I feel your pain.  But you must never forget one thing: It was Frieza who destroyed our birth place, the Planet Vegeta.  Now that you are the only Saiyan left, it is up to you to advange our race." G: "The pride of my people."  V: "Think back, Kakarott!  Remember your father...my father." (Vegeta turns around turning into Chibi Vegeta) Chibi Vegeta: "There's no one left except for you." (Flashback of Bardock dying) Bardock: "My son lives on..." (Flashback of King Vegeta dying) CV: "So while you may deny who you are..." (Chibi Vegeta turns back to adult Vegeta) V: "You are the very last hope for a lost race of brave warriors.  Ask yourself this, 'Why does Frieza want you destroyed so badly." (Turns into an Oozaru) Oozaru: "He's afraid a Super Saiyan will rise up---the strongest of all." (Back to regular Vegeta) V: "Destroy him..." (King Vegeta appears) V & KV union: "Destroy him for the entire Saiyan race!" (Bardock appears) All three: "Destroy him for you have the power within you." Vegeta alone: "Now go, Kakarott!  It is time.  Do all that it is within your power to bring down Frieza!"
